THE NATIVITY STORE RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted within 30 days* of purchase on most items.
If you believe you have received your product damaged and are interested in returning the item, please submit photos to email@example.com and The Nativity Store will review your request. Any refund or return will be determined at the sole discretion of The Nativity Store.
When returning items to our Customer Service Center, please indicate the reason for your return on the the packing slip and include the packing slip in the carton. For your protection, we suggest sending your return via UPS, FEDEX Ground, or insured parcel post. Retain your receipt and tracking number should you need to follow up with the company that handled your return.

The Nativity Store cannot credit for shipping and handling or pay for return shipping charges unless we have made a shipping error.
Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your bank to post the credit to your statement.
*For mail order customers 30 days is from the time you receive your shipment. If mailing the merchandise back to the warehouse a 15 day grace period will be extended to cover the return shipping time.
