Single-Day Pass - Adult (18+): $10
Single-Day Pass - Youth (12-17): $5
Multi-Day Pass (All Ages): $15
Children ages 11 and under attend free with an accompanying adult.

Single-Day Passes will allow entry for only the day specified at purchase. Re-entry will be permitted only on specified day.

Multi-Day Passes allow entry for all 3 days. Re-entry will be permitted anytime during the event.

Sales tax + $2.00 processing fee will be added at checkout for each ticket.

Ticket FAQ

Are the Nativities available for purchase?

Yes! Over 400 varieties of nativities from all over the world will be available for purchase.

Will anything other than nativities be sold?

Yes! Other Christmas and nativity-related products will be sold, including home décor, art, ornaments, greeting cards, and more.

Should I still come if I don't want to purchase anything?

Absolutely. Beyond shopping, you can learn about Christmas traditions all over the world, view beautiful nativity displays, listen to live music, eat delicious concessions, and enjoy a Christ-centered Christmas outing with your family.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Yes, tickets are available at the door. We recommend purchasing tickets online before your arrival to ensure space is available.

Do I need to print my ticket?

The event will accept either printed or digital tickets. A QR code acts as your ticket and should have been provided at checkout or through your email.

Can't find my ticket?

Please check your spam, promotional folder or junk for an email from Nativity Market. If you didn't receive your ticket thru email or text, please contact us at support@thenatvitystore.com.

What if I cannot attend the event after I have purchased a ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, we recommend reselling your tickets to a friend.

Can I bring my children to this event?

Absolutely! This event is the perfect Christmas event for family members of all ages. We just ask that you watch your children carefully around our larger (and more fragile) nativity displays.

Children ages 11 and under attend free with an accompanying adult.

I'm interested in performing onstage at the event. How can I do that?

We welcome all community performance groups or individuals (choirs, dance groups, individual performers, etc.) to apply for the chance to perform during the event! Please fill out this form and we will reach back out within 10 days of the submission.

Where should I park for the event?

The Mountain America Expo Center has free parking spaces at the facility. For overflow parking, Jordan Commons has event parking available for $5/day. Also, the inContact parking garage is open to event attendees at no charge after 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and anytime Saturday. It is located on the west side of State Street. Do not park in the fire lane--the access road right in front of the building--as cars in the fire lane will be towed without notice.

ADA PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: SPECIAL NEEDS PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: There is a drop-off area at the front of the building on the south end. Special needs parking stalls are available throughout the lots.

What food options are available?

The Mountain America Expo Center will have a variety of food and drink options available for purchase at their concessions booths. Additionally, some samples of holiday treats will be available during the event.

No food or beverage of any kind may be brought or delivered into the building or to the exterior grounds.
